💚 WORKSHOPS 💚
📆 October 15,16 & 18, 2026 – THURSDAY, FRIDAY & SUNDAY

MAHRAGAN 2026 workshops are created as spaces for conscious movement and authentic expression.
Each class offers a balance of technique, musicality and emotional awareness, inviting dancers to explore how movement becomes language.

Rather than collecting steps, these workshops focus on how you move, what you express and how you connect — to the music, to your body and to the space around you. Through structured combinations, choreographic work and guided exploration, you’ll deepen your understanding of oriental dance as an expressive, living art form.

These workshops are designed for dancers who want to grow not only in skill, but in presence, clarity and artistic voice.

📆 October 18, 2026 – SUNDAY

11:00 – 13:00 – AMANDA ROSE
Shaabi Spirit – Come along for the ride in a fun Shaabi track focusing on expressing the music, the lyrics, and the fun Shaabi style in contrast to Raqs Sharqi. This choreography will be fun, vibrant, and full of personality.

13:15 – 15:15 – ROBERTA GAZZETTA
Khaleegy: Feminine Power & PresenceIn this workshop, Roberta brings the joyful, grounded spirit of Khaleegy, with a strong focus on feminine energy, confidence and connection. Through a vibrant choreography, you will explore how posture, timing and intention create a powerful yet playful presence. This class celebrates femininity in movement – expressive, proud, rooted – while honoring the characteristic qualities of the style.

15:30 – 17:30 – SILVIA BRAZZOLI
Beautiful arms – This workshop is built around unique exercises and training methods designed to develop fluid, elegant and well-coordinated upper body movement. Through carefully structured drills and uncommon movement patterns, you will refine control, continuity and precision. Beyond technique, these exercises serve as tools to discover your own way of moving and expressing yourself, supporting individuality, body awareness and a more confident, personal presence in dance.

18:00 CLOSING THE CIRCLE
From Expression to IntegrationThis final gathering brings the MAHRAGAN 2026 journey to a close through shared reflection, listening and presence. Before coming together in the circle, participants are invited to enjoy a light snack break, allowing the body to settle and recharge. Sitting together on the floor, we will explore expression in dance through one common theme, creating space for thoughtful questions, attentive listening and collective insight. Rather than a panel or discussion, this moment is about integration — allowing experiences, emotions and discoveries from the days before to take shape.
