Refund Policy

  1. If a participant decides to withdraw from the project participation (workshops, competition, open stage, stage project), please be aware that the fee is non-returnable regardless of the reasons for cancellation. However, should the project itself be called off, the organizer is committed to refunding any fees that the participant has paid.

2. In the event that a participant who has registered for the project (workshops, competition, open stage, stage project) finds themselves unable to attend, they are permitted to transfer their place to someone else. The transfer of participation is contingent upon the organizer receiving the substitute participant’s details (name, country, e-mail address) by the end of the day on October 11, 2024, which is one week prior to the project’s commencement.

3. In the case of unforeseen events such as acts of God or health issues that prevent a teacher from attending, the organizers hold the authority to appoint a substitute teacher. Participants will be promptly notified of any such changes and will have the option to either proceed with the new instructor or receive a refund of their payment.

4. Please note that the organizers have the discretion to halt registrations ahead of the stipulated deadline if the number of participants exceeds the capacity limits of the classroom.
